A Navy veteran was convicted of a felony after refusing to wear a face mask while observing ballot counting during the 2024 election.
Tim Hazelo says the conviction caused him to lose his security clearance and his defense contracting job. He is appealing the conviction while also running for the state House in Washington's 10th Legislative District.
